Juste à temps pour les chaleurs estivales, le café dont nous rêvions tous est arrivé ! Glow est un nouveau profil, un café très rafraîchissant, aux arômes d'agrumes juteux et de fruits. Le goût de citron vert est merveilleux et incontournable ; il se mêle à des notes de baies et d'autres fruits pour créer un goût de punch aux fruits, ainsi qu'à des notes de thé Early Grey et de bergamote. La bouche est agréablement enrobante, donnant aux saveurs fruitées une saveur plus sucrée.

Un excellent choix pour le café filtre, le café en lot, l'Aeropress et le café infusé à froid. Il peut également être utilisé pour un expresso fruité audacieux. Le café infusé en lot révèle des notes de chocolat noir et de fruits, tandis que le café infusé à froid rehaussera les saveurs du punch aux fruits. Dégustez-le chaud ou froid, tant qu'il dure !

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

We had been craving a refreshing coffee at the roastery, and it had been far too long since we had a washed Ethiopian. While on our quest to find this coffee, we came a cross this lot, and it stood out with such a strong candy lime flavour that we really present but not sour, mixed with notes of earl grey and berries. Truly a magical coffee on filter or espresso.

About the Artwork

This is one of our all time favourite artwork. Originally the concept was inspired by "Late Night Tales" with an image of something glowing in the forest. We also wanted something that looked like it was in "night mode". The art designed by Sayuri Minagawa took our concept to a whole other level, and we now have a line of T-Shirts with the same concept.
