Souvent notre café le plus populaire de l'année, nous avons sélectionné notre lot naturel préféré du Rwanda. Cette année, nous avons sélectionné le lot Muzo Giko Hill, un café qui se démarque de toutes les autres gammes. Nous y retrouvons d'intenses arômes floraux rappelant les fleurs printanières comme le lilas, ainsi qu'une texture sirupeuse en bouche, une douceur sucrée et des notes de bonbon au raisin, de litchi et de fruits rouges.

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

Fans of Bloom you will know that we select our favourite lot from Rwanda each year to represent Bloom. I selected the Muzo Giko Hill lot this year for it's standout floral aromas as well as boozy dark berry notes. The cup is exceptionally sweet with notes of grape candy and lychee. It's my personal favourite on Aeropress.

We buy coffee in season, just as exotic fruit. coffees is an exotic fruit from Rwanda that we get only once a year. It tends to arrive just in time for spring and early summer. The natural lots often display intense floral aromas, hence the bouquet of flowers.
