Souvent notre café le plus populaire de l'année, nous avons sélectionné notre lot naturel préféré du Rwanda. Cette année, nous avons sélectionné le lot Muzo Giko Hill, un café qui se démarque de toutes les autres gammes. Nous y retrouvons d'intenses arômes floraux rappelant les fleurs printanières comme le lilas, ainsi qu'une texture sirupeuse en bouche, une douceur sucrée et des notes de bonbon au raisin, de litchi et de fruits rouges.

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

This is a heavy and funky coffee, you can't miss the flavours. We've roasted it to highlight the deep fruit notes. It has an undeniable boozy quality that we love, and the coffee coasts your tongue with fruit flavours. This is is the most funky and expressive coffee on the menu.
