Product details
Our first coffee release for this winter. As the name suggests this coffee is like golden rays of sunshine in the middle of the winter day.
This coffee is grown on Ken Bon farm in Shekiso, a district within Ethiopia’s Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNP).
You can expect expressive fruit flavours upfront, with a medium body that coats the tongue, and a lingering sweet finish. The perfect coffee for the colder months.
In the cup we are getting notes of stewed strawberries and blueberry, hints of watermelon, grapes, cider and brown sugar.
We've approached the profile as an omni roast, it will work perfect on all filter methods, and will shine as a fruit forward espresso.

We selected this coffee for it's expressive fruit flavours combined with full body that holds up nicely in the colder months.
Sun shining through the winter sky
Our vision for this artwork is that we wanted to release a fruity coffee in the winter, which is somewhat uncommon for us. Even in the winter months, you can get a sunny day, and feel the warmth of the sun. This led us to the image of a bare tree that normally looks cold, but instead with sunshine all around it.
