Brazil has a lot to offer when it comes to having a really stable classic profiles for espresso and milk based drinks. This coffee delivers a rich, balanced cup profile. Expect notes of plum jam, cocoa, chocolate, honey, panela, and anise, sweet with a velvety texture, and a well-structured finish

The profile is on the darker side of medium and specifically for espresso. It's intended to cut through milk, while letting the unique character of the coffee shine through.

ABOUT THE ART

The Meaning Behind our Name and Region

We named the coffee after Mount Echo, located in the Sutton Massif. It’s also a nice double meaning, since Yamabiko means echo in the mountain.
