Mélange Maison is where we experiment with new blends for our cafe. Our House Blend is always made for espresso drinks, and for this blend we aim for maximum sweetness with some nutty flavours. Great for home espresso machines, will pair well with milk. 

Currently we've made a 2 part blend, with our Mt Echo Brazil and our washed Guatemala. The washed Guatemala adds some extra notes of hazelnut and milk chocolate.

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

Perfect for home espresso machines, blended to be extra sweet and pair well with milk. Can be enjoyed as a classic filter coffee as well.

Tokyo Bathhouse

Originally the art was a yellow tiger. We have now updated the artwork to be a Japanese bathhouse with all the Yamabiko characters under one roof.
