Mélange Maison is designed for smooth tasting espresso drinks. Great for home espresso machines, will pair well with milk. Also doubles as a classic filter option.

New for 2026 the main component of this blend is now a Mexican coffee, from Zongolilca in Veracruz, blended with a single farm lot from Rene Munoz in Guatemala. 

The new blend has more depth and complexity from our previous release, while still retaining lots of sweetness, and chocolate notes. We are also getting notes of hazelnut, créme brulée, and chocolate liquor.

Originally the art was a yellow tiger. We have now updated the artwork to be a Japanese bathhouse with all the Yamabiko characters under one roof.
