The original Café Yamabiko espresso blend. 

Blended to be stronger coffee that packs some kick. A blend of Brazil and a washed Colombian that we specifically develop a bit further to bring out some deeper flavours of stewed cherries and dark chocolate.

Currently a blend of a natural Brazil from Bioma, an award-winning single-estate coffee farm located in the Campos Altos region of Cerrado Mineiro, as well as a single farm lot from producers Sebastien and German who are part of the Monkaaba group in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia.

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

This coffee is roasted to a similar degree as Mt Echo but has something extra for your morning wake up. We find the addition of the Colombian coffee adds a bit of dark cherry, and some vanilla aromas.

The artwork is one of our original 4 coffee designs featuring the Yamabiko spirit animal and what appears to be a drop kick. We thought the artwork made us think of kick starting our morning with a full bodied espresso.
