Just in time for the summer heat, the coffee we've all been craving is here! Glow is a new profile, and a very refreshing coffee, with lots of juicy citrus and fruit flavours. The lime flavour is wonderful and impossible to miss, it mingles with notes of berry and other fruit to create a fruit punch flavour, as well as notes of Early Grey tea, and bergamot. There is a nice coating mouthfeel that makes the fruit flavours feel more candy-like.

An excellent choice for pour-over, batch brew, aeropress and cold brew. It could also work well as an adventurous fruit forward espresso. In batch brew there are notes of dark chocolate in with the fruit, and a cold brew will bring forward a lot of the fruit punch flavours. Enjoy it hot or cold while it lasts!

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

We had been craving a refreshing coffee at the roastery, and it had been far too long since we had a washed Ethiopian. While on our quest to find this coffee, we came a cross this lot, and it stood out with such a strong candy lime flavour that we really present but not sour, mixed with notes of earl grey and berries. Truly a magical coffee on filter or espresso.

About the Artwork

This is one of our all time favourite artwork. Originally the concept was inspired by "Late Night Tales" with an image of something glowing in the forest. We also wanted something that looked like it was in "night mode". The art designed by Sayuri Minagawa took our concept to a whole other level, and we now have a line of T-Shirts with the same concept.
