We are thrilled to offer the second edition in our Geisha series! For Geisha we like to highlight our long time producers. Daniel Muñoz is a household name at Cafe Yamabiko and a friend of ours. 

Offered in 200g format only as a special release.

The coffee is delicate with lasting sweetness, floral, and has notes of mandarin, lychee, and citrus. The art work is a continuation of "Geisha on vacation", this time featuring the 3 cats from Omotenashi (also a coffee from Daniel Muñoz).

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

When we met producer Daniel Muñoz at his farm in 2024, we were thrilled to see his very small lot of Gesha plants. Daniel thought our Gesha branding was very fun and pretty much decided then and there that we would offer this coffee if we could buy it. We now have it on the menu, the roasting team is loving the citrus tasting notes, it reminds us of Five Alive because of the combination of all the citrus flavours. It also has really nice floral notes as well as lychee and some tropical fruit.

ABOUT THE ART

Geisha meets Omotenashi

The concept for all of our Geisha releases is "Geisha on vacation".

For Geisha 2 we wanted to introduce the cat characters from Omotenashi (also a coffee from Daniel Muñoz). We thought the mix of the two worlds would be a nice easter egg for long time fans of Yamabiko.
