CLEO - Ethiopia Natural, Idido

A special limited edition Ethiopian natural. 

Cleo is unique and nuanced coffee that we selected for it's unique flavour profile.

The coffee is a little bit more sophisticated than Elle. There's obvious tangerine and berry flavours that cool and turn into lovely stone fruit flavours like peach and plum. There's also unique floral and spice notes that can remind us of black tea, ginger and jasmin.   

About Idido Washing Station:

Idido Washing Station is located between 1,960 and 2,090 meters above sea level in the heart of Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region. It receives coffee cherries from producers in the surrounding area, where the distinct dry and rainy seasons provide ideal conditions for coffee processing. Farmers selectively handpick only fully ripe cherries before delivering them to the station. Upon arrival, each lot is carefully hand sorted to remove underripe, overripe, or defective cherries. The cherries are then dried on raised beds, each marked with a unique code to ensure precise traceability and allow the station to monitor the progress of the drying process from start to
finish.
