A beautiful single farm coffee from producer Solomon Hamiso. Single farm coffees are rare in Ethiopia, usually we see traceability to the washing station only. This lot is from the town of Kokose within the famed Sidama region.

The coffee is displaying layers of jammy fruit flavours. Blueberry jam and apricot jelly are very present, as well as candy-like flavours of guava and rootbeer. The cup is full bodied with lingering sweet fruit flavours that are present but not acidic.

We're finding the coffee very easy to dial in on filter and espresso. This coffee will be sure to spark some joy in your morning cup.

NOTES FROM THE MASTER ROASTER:

Every once in a while a coffee will really jump out and grab our attention. This is the first Ethiopian we've tasted in a long time that really has that blueberry waffle vibe that we so love in Ethiopian coffees. It’s well structured with lots of body and complexity. Enjoy loads of fruit flavours that are creamy and not acidic.
