This perfectly fits Jaimie's farm and the importance of him in the Monkaaba group in San Agustin Huila. Our roasting team had a chance to visit his El Guayabo farm in 2024, a truly a magical place filled with tropical fruit trees. Complete with a pulley system made out of an old Yamaha motorcycle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee has intense floral and tropical fruit aromas, the cup is syrupy sweet, with notes of fig, raspberry, prune and sugar.
